Ageno AI Automation Proposal for LCK College

Summary

Thank you for meeting with me. Following from our conversation, I put together a simple pilot proposal. Ateefa has really kindly agreed to brainstorm some possible solutions to support LCK's growing student base in April. Hence, in the meantime, I would love to propose a few solutions that we discussed that can help streamline LCK's operations. Post discussion with Ateefa, I'm sure there could be other ways LCK could benefit.

Ageno is ready to start immediately. I am also in London for the next 5 weeks, for the holidays.

Proposed Solutions

1. LCK's Personal AI Phone Agent

Outcome: When someone calls the LCK phone number, they will be met with an AI agent which will listen and speak with the caller over the phone.

The agent can be given all the necessary information about LCK to answer queries about:

  • Course offerings and availability
  • Application processes
  • Upcoming deadlines
  • General FAQs and information

The calling agent will then:

  • Fill out a spreadsheet with details about the conversation
  • Send an email to an appropriate staff member about the call

Benefits:

  • 24/7 availability for student inquiries
  • No wait times for callers
  • Detailed documentation of all calls

Timeline:

  • 5 week build time
  • 2 weeks testing and improvements
  • Can start immediately
  • Requires little to no time from LCK staff members

2. Admissions AI Chatbot

Outcome: An AI-powered web-based chatbot that can help streamline the admissions process by:

  • Answering prospective students' questions about application requirements
  • Guiding applicants through the submission process
  • Providing status updates on applications
  • Pre-screening applications based on LCK's criteria
  • Scheduling interviews with admissions staff.

(These are some possible capabilities, but the scope of the chatbot can be increased or decreased)
